The factory was struggling to implement the investment decision of reconstructing two existing packaging lines and the installation of a new PET-production line for packaging portion packs.
At the start of the p2 involvement, the status and perspective of both projects were unclear. Challenges included cooperating with suppliers to create realistic technical solutions based on accurate information on required product quality and the supply process. In addition, this had to be translated into a realistic planning and fitted into the budget.
