Two major food players merged their activities in 2014 and right from the start leveraging the success of innovation has been a prime focus. 

The challenge was to capture the added value of global presence by aligning the ways of working in innovation projects across the entire company. 

P2 has partnered with the company on:

  • Joint Development and global roll-out of a hands-on workshop program to align project management for innovation (Europe, South America, Asia).
  • Review of key project drivers and implementation of lessons learned (various European countries).
  • Development of tailor made Professional Development Program for innovation delivery managers.
